Make a list of grocery items, things to do, or anything else that comes to mind.
After you make your list, open a new tab, minimize the page, step away from your device or take a screenshot of your list. Whatever you do, take an hour or so and come back to the list and see how many items you can remember.
Repeat the exercise as frequent as possible for best results.
